2. Fast for 10 hours, water only, taking all your supplements and medications the day/evening before the test, but nothing the morning of the test.

• If you are a menstruating female, please do your test between days 19-22 of your period (with the day you first bleed as day 1).
• If you are on testosterone injectable, please do your test 2 days after your injection.
