Vibrant America Toxin Testing Urine Instructions

1. Start this process only on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday so that you collect the urine in the morning of Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
2. Take all your medications and supplements the day and night before.
3. You may take sips of water if needed throughout the night, but your urine needs to be as concentrated as possible for the morning collection.
4. If you wake up in the middle of the night, DO NOT collect urine. Wait until you wake up at your usual time and collect that sample.

Your testing kit will contain the following:

• 1 Urine Collection Cup
• 1 Specimen Tube (vial)
• 1 Pipette
• 1 Label
• 1 Biohazard Bag
• 1 Bubble Mailer

A clean mid-stream collection is required. Start urinating, count to 3, and use the Urine Collection Cup to collect the urine. You need it filled more than halfway.

Transfer the urine from the Urine Collection Cup to the Specimen Tube (vial) using the Pipette, filling the vial until it reaches the 15mL line (at the top).

Screw the Specimen Tube (vial) securely by twisting tightly on the cap.

a. Write this information on the Label and stick the Label on the Specimen Tube (vial)

b. NAME (example: JANE DOE)

c. DATE OF BIRTH (example: MAY 25, 1975)

d. COLLECTION DATE AND TIME (example: August 2, 1962, at 7 AM CST).

Place the Specimen Tube (vial) into the Biohazard Bag and seal the bag.

Place the Biohazard Bag inside the FedEx envelope and seal the envelope. Mail the FedEx envelope immediately, as a delay in transport may result in the rejection of the sample.
