ABOUT VINCE XAYASANE

Vince Xayasane serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at MDLifespan and is a member of the company’s executive management team, led by Dr. Paul Savage, Owner and Chief Executive Officer. He spearheads MDLifespan’s finance and reporting strategy, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in operational and healthcare finance across complex clinical organizations.

Throughout his career, Vince has held senior financial leadership roles across multiple healthcare systems, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of a 166-bed acute care hospital, Assistant Chief Financial Officer of a 225-bed acute care hospital, Market Controller of a four-hospital system, and Controller of a national outpatient management group. In each role, he was responsible for comprehensive financial management, including accounting, balance sheet oversight, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, corporate investments, and regulatory compliance.

At MDLifespan, Vince brings a disciplined, systems-level approach to financial stewardship that supports sustainable growth and operational clarity. His leadership ensures that financial strategy aligns with clinical excellence, organizational integrity, and long-term scalability as the company continues to expand its physician-led care model.

Beyond his executive experience, Vince is deeply patient-focused. As shared in team discussions, some of his most meaningful and cherished professional experiences have come from listening, conversing, and forming genuine connections with patients during their recovery—an ethos that continues to shape his leadership perspective.

Outside of work, Vince enjoys traveling to new destinations, both locally and abroad, with a deep appreciation for experiencing different cultures through their food, art, and music.
