PlasmaXchange™: Physician-Led Protocols for Reducing Toxin Burden

Welcome to our community of forward-thinking healthcare providers focused on environmental medicine, inflammation, and toxin-related health concerns. This resource hub is built for physicians featuring case studies, peer-reviewed research, clinical applications, and patient selection criteria for PlasmaXchange™ protocols.

A recent study led by Dr. Paul Savage and published in Medical Hypotheses, looked at PlasmaXchange™ to remove organic and synthetic toxins. Participants completed a series of three to five sessions, along with targeted nutritional support to aid recovery and lower inflammation.

The results were eye-opening:

  • BPA (used in plastics) levels fell by 71.5%
  • Glyphosate (a common herbicide) dropped by 68%
  • Phthalates, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and similar synthetic chemicals also showed significant reductions
  • Follow-up assessments showed these reductions were sustained six months after treatment.

Other key clinical findings show:

  • 90–100% reduction in toxic metals (aluminum, uranium, barium)
  • Significant elimination of PFAS, microplastics, and other synthetic pollutant
  • Up to 98% reduction in key inflammatory markers (Myeloperoxidase, TNF-alpha)
  • Enhanced natural killer (NK) cell activity and improved immune parameters
