MDL Learning Series: Brain Health Webinar

Live Brain Health Webinar Q&A: Thursday October 15th, 4pm Eastern Time

Do you have questions about brain health, cognitive decline, Alzheimer’s, or how Advanced Serial Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) is used to address brain health?

Send us your questions and Dr. Paul Savage, Dr. Syed Asad, and Dr. Lyn Patrick will answer them live. Starting on Thursday October 15th at 4pm Eastern time, Dr. Savage will host multiple webinar sessions where he focuses on the questions you want answered about TPE and how to improve your health.

Join us and get answers to different questions such as:

  • What is Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, and how does it work?
  • How can I tell if environmental toxins may be affecting my brain health?
  • How does TPE affect neuroinflammation and brain repair?
  • Can TPE help patients with memory concerns?

Use the form to submit your questions and sign up for the webinar. If you can’t attend the live webinars, sign up now and we will send a link to the on-demand replay along with the questions and answers.

About Dr. Paul Savage

Dr. Paul Savage is the founder and CEO of MDLifespan, a physician-led medical practice dedicated exclusively to toxin removal and regenerative wellness. He developed MDLifespan’s patent-pending Advanced Serial Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) protocols, which combine TPE with advanced diagnostics, targeted nutrient support, patient education, and personalized therapies.

With decades of medical experience, Dr. Savage has been a pioneering voice in personalized medicine, from helping redefine hormone therapy in the early 2000s to advancing new approaches for addressing environmental toxins, chronic inflammation, and long-term wellness.

His work is also deeply personal. After confronting his own health challenges while practicing as an ER and trauma physician, Dr. Savage began questioning the limitations of conventional healthcare and exploring more proactive, personalized approaches. That journey ultimately inspired him to create MDLifespan and help patients better understand—and take greater control of—the factors influencing their health.

About Dr. Syed Asad

In a world where microplastics, PFAS, heavy metals, and other environmental toxins infiltrate our bodies daily, the human brain faces a silent but escalating crisis. Mounting evidence links these toxic exposures to chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, and the decline of cognitive function over time. For neurologist Dr. Syed Asad, the fight against this hidden epidemic isn’t theoretical—it’s personal, clinical, and urgent.

Board-certified in Neurology, Brain Injury Medicine, and Nuclear Medicine, Dr. Asad has spent over 25 years at the forefront of neurological care. His career spans elite sports medicine—serving as a neurological consultant to the Jacksonville Jaguars and part of the NFL’s unaffiliated neuro-trauma consultant team—to leading complex brain injury rehabilitation at the Eisenhower Center for veterans and retired athletes. His training at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Emory University Hospital shaped his precision-driven approach to brain health.

Dr. Asad sees therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE)—MDLifespan’s physician-led Advanced Therapeutic Plasma Exchange Protocol—as a pivotal tool in reducing neurological toxin burden. By removing inflammatory proteins, microplastics, and heavy metals from circulation, TPE may help restore the body’s ability to protect and repair the brain. “As a leading neurologist, this MDL Brain Protocol has the potential to be a game changer for patients with cognitive decline,” he says.

About Dr. Lyn Patrick

Every day, we ingest and inhale microscopic plastics and endocrine-disrupting chemicals like BPA—substances with no place in the human body. These toxins don’t just pass through; they accumulate, disrupt hormones, and fuel chronic inflammation. Dr. Lyn Patrick has spent nearly four decades sounding the alarm on these invisible threats, translating complex environmental medicine into actionable strategies for both clinicians and the public.

A doctorate-trained naturopathic physician (Bastyr University, 1984), Dr. Patrick is internationally recognized for her work in preventive and environmental medicine. She is a sought-after educator on detoxification, metal toxicology, endocrine disruption, and the health effects of microplastics and BPA. Her leadership includes serving as Faculty for the Metabolic Medicine Institute Fellowship (in collaboration with the George Washington School of Medicine) and as Medical Director of the Environmental Health Symposium. She also chairs educational committees for the American College for the Advancement of Medicine (ACAM), shaping the conversation on environmental health policy and practice.

Dr. Patrick supports MDLifespan’s Advanced Serial TPE Protocols as a science-backed, physician-led solution to the microplastics and chemical burden crisis. By removing endocrine disruptors, heavy metals, and inflammatory compounds, therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) can help restore a cleaner biochemical environment—critical for reproductive health, fetal development, and long-term disease prevention. “In my three decades of clinical work in environmental toxicology, I have not seen detoxification data this compelling,” she says.
